Yellow Rose Distilling Straight Bourbon Whiskey “Harris County” (92 Proof, 750 ml) is a craft Texas bourbon produced by Houston’s first legal whiskey distillery, making full use of the Lone Star State’s humidity and unique climate to mature its spirit more intensely. This expression is pot‑distilled and made from 100% Texas‑grown grains (yellow corn, Elbon rye, and San Jacinto malted barley), delivering a genuinely Texan character. On the nose you’ll find aromas of brown sugar, cherry, fruit‑wood smoke, toasted pecan, and tobacco, while the palate brings brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, warm pecan pie, toasted coconut and black tea.
