New Riff Red Turkey Wheat Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750 ml) is a heritage‑grain wheated bourbon crafted at New Riff Distilling using an heirloom “Red Turkey Wheat” varietal alongside a traditional sour mash and new American oak aging. The mash bill consists of 70% corn, 25% Red Turkey Wheat, and 5% malted barley. It is aged for at least five years and bottled‑in‑bond at 100 proof (50% ABV). On the nose you’ll find grain‑forward aromas of clove‑studded orange peel, warm bread and confection; the palate delivers a chewy, zesty profile with dark stewed fruit and citrus brightness; the finish is exceptionally long, combining nutty grain characters, bright citrus zest and dark fruit skin. This release highlights both craft innovation and heritage whiskey traditions in one refined bottle.
