After distillation, it’s finished in oak barrels that previously held Pine Barrens American Single Malt, lending supple vanilla, caramel, and gentle spice to the gin’s bright citrus core. Expect zesty tangerine and lemon meringue notes wrapped in soft oak and nutmeg for a layered, food-friendly profile.
